Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are fixed at the moment of order confirmation and may change without prior notice.

For compliance and security reasons, all orders processed by TheDermalFiller are payable exclusively in advance. This policy applies uniformly to all orders, regardless of country of destination or order value.

We do not accept cash on delivery or payments via telephone. Orders are processed only after the full amount has been received and verified in our account. A confirmation email is sent on the same day the payment is validated.

Order processing begins immediately after payment verification.

Delivery and Fulfillment

TheDermalFiller does not handle physical delivery directly.
All orders placed on our platform are shipped exclusively through an authorised European fulfillment partner operating under a formal logistics and compliance agreement.

This model allows us to offer highly competitive pricing while maintaining professional standards of safety and traceability.

Delivery Time

Because we operate with a centralised EU fulfillment model and do not hold large quantities of on-site stock, delivery times are longer than those of traditional distributors.

Estimated delivery time for all orders:
Up to 3 weeks from the moment payment is confirmed.

This extended delivery timeline enables us to keep operational costs low and to offer some of the most competitive prices on the European market.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, logistics capacity, and stock availability. All delivery times are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Standard EU shipping: 15 EUR per order
Express shipping (where available): 85 EUR per order

Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before the customer completes the order.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all import requirements, medical regulations, and local professional standards applicable in their country are met.
This includes customs duties or taxes that may apply in Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom.

Professional Disclaimer

TheDermalFiller supplies products exclusively to licensed medical professionals, clinics, and authorised entities within the EU and associated regions.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal and professional requirements for purchasing and using the products.

Delays in Delivery

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, the maximum permitted delivery time is 60 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery date due to circumstances beyond our or our supplier’s control (e.g., force majeure, customs delays, logistical disruptions), the delivery period shall be reasonably extended. We will notify the customer of such delays as soon as possible.

If the delaying circumstances persist more than 30 days beyond the original delivery period, either party has the right to rescind the contract. In such case, all payments made will be refunded without undue delay, using the same payment method.

We shall not be held liable for further claims arising from delivery delays not caused by our own fault.

Thanks to the EU Single Market, an increasing number of companies have expanded their operations beyond national borders. Since June 2017, the business registers of all EU Member States have been interconnected, allowing for cross-border company searches through the Business Registers Interconnection System (BRIS). This integration ensures greater transparency, legal certainty, and accessibility of company information across the European Union.

To comply with EU tax regulations, all companies placing orders must provide a valid EU VAT number. If your VAT number is valid and registered for intra-EU trade, your order will be processed without VAT (zero-rated under the EU reverse charge mechanism).

We can only approve and process VAT-exempt orders if your international VAT number is verifiable via the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System). 

Please note:
In some EU countries, certain companies or professionals may not be required to register for VAT (e.g., due to sector-specific rules or low annual turnover). However, in such cases, your order will include Romanian VAT (19%) by default.
