All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include 19% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and logistics costs from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse are added separately and are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order submission. We do not assume responsibility for typographical errors or outdated pricing information. Errors and omissions excepted.
For security and compliance reasons, TheDermalFiller® does not accept payment information via telephone. In particular, we do not process credit or debit card details over the phone under any circumstances. Customers are advised to use only the secure, online checkout process provided on our platform.

Delivery & Fulfillment Process
Please be advised that TheDermalFiller® does not carry out physical delivery of any products. All orders placed via our platform are exclusively shipped and fulfilled by our officially contracted logistics partner.
This operational model ensures:
TheDermalFiller® remains the legal vendor and issuer of the invoice, while the actual delivery is performed by the partner company under a formal fulfillment agreement.
This fulfillment arrangement is disclosed in full transparency to comply with EU legal obligations and to build long-term trust with our professional clients.
Delivery Zone and Restrictions
TheDermalFiller® currently delivers to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, and Greece.
We also accept shipping and billing addresses in Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Any delays, penalties, or losses caused by failure to meet these obligations are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
No deliveries are made outside the countries listed above.
Within the delivery area, TheDermalFiller® delivers to any address specified by the customer at checkout, provided that the delivery is legally and logistically feasible.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability and verification of payment.

In rare cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control. TheDermalFiller® will not be held liable for losses resulting from delayed deliveries caused by force majeure, courier issues, or supplier disruptions.
Delays in Delivery
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, the maximum permitted delivery time is 60 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery date due to circumstances beyond our or our supplier’s control (e.g., force majeure, customs delays, logistical disruptions), the delivery period shall be reasonably extended. We will notify the customer of such delays as soon as possible.
If the delaying circumstances persist more than 30 days beyond the original delivery period, either party has the right to rescind the contract. In such case, all payments made will be refunded without undue delay, using the same payment method.
We shall not be held liable for further claims arising from delivery delays not caused by our own fault.
We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced with our products and are committed to addressing any concerns directly and transparently.
Consumers within the European Union have the possibility to resolve disputes with traders out of court via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Please note, however, that TheDermalFiller® does not currently participate in the ODR process. We encourage customers to contact us directly via email for any issue, so that we may assist you promptly and effectively.
Pre-order products are discounted items not currently in stock and will be shipped on or around the advertised estimated shipping date. The term "estimated" indicates that dispatch may occur a few days earlier or later than the projected date, depending on supplier and logistics availability.
Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be dispatched together, in accordance with the estimated pre-order delivery schedule. Partial shipments are not available.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the extended delivery timeline and agree to wait until all items are ready for dispatch.
Returns are only accepted within 14 working days from the date of notification, and only under the following conditions:
If your order meets one of the above criteria, please contact us via email within the 14-day timeframe. We will promptly offer a replacement or a full refund of the amount paid.
Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, surplus stock, expired license) are not accepted. After 14 working days, no returns will be processed under any circumstance.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method and to the same account used when placing the original order. Although we process refunds promptly, please note:

If a customer files a false claim or threatens reputational harm in order to force an early refund, we reserve the right to block future orders and take appropriate legal measures. All refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable EU commercial law.

This service ensures transparency and facilitates trust in cross-border business within the EU.
To comply with EU tax regulations, all companies placing orders must provide a valid EU VAT number. If your VAT number is valid and registered for intra-EU trade, your order will be processed without VAT (zero-rated under the EU reverse charge mechanism).
We can only approve and process VAT-exempt orders if your international VAT number is verifiable via the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).

In some EU countries, certain companies or professionals may not be required to register for VAT (e.g., due to sector-specific rules or low annual turnover). However, in such cases, your order will include Romanian VAT (19%) by default.
You can verify the validity of any VAT number issued by an EU Member State using the official VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
The system will confirm whether the number is valid and registered for intra-EU transactions.
Important: A valid and active VAT number is required to place VAT-exempt orders through our platform. If the VAT number is not valid or cannot be verified, Romanian VAT (19%) will be added automatically to your invoice.
