All orders are processed subject to prior verification of professional status, full advance payment, and compliance with medical, fiscal, and cross-border distribution requirements. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions and acknowledges that all transactions are executed under a regulated EU pharmaceutical supply model.

Delays in Delivery
Delivery timelines are indicative and non-binding.
In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or that of our authorised distribution partners (including regulatory checks, customs processing, force majeure or logistics disruptions), delivery timelines may be reasonably extended.
If delivery becomes materially impossible within a reasonable period, either party may request contract termination. In such cases, any payments received for undelivered goods will be refunded without undue delay, using the original payment method.
No liability shall arise for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays not caused by our own fault.

Please note that TheDermalFiller® operates exclusively in a professional B2B context and does not currently participate in the ODR process. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted exclusively for professional B2B orders and only within 14 calendar days from the date of written notification, under the following conditions:
If an order meets one of the above criteria, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund of the amount paid.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Returns for any other reason (including change of mind, surplus stock, expired licence, or regulatory issues in the destination country) are not accepted.
After the 14-day notification period, return requests will no longer be processed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method and to the same account used for the original transaction.
