Orders placed without a valid VAT number will be subject to VAT according to Romanian fiscal law (19%).

Delivery is available to both shipping and billing addresses located in these countries.
Customs duties (where applicable) remain the customer’s responsibility.

There is no minimum order value.
Whether you're placing a small test order or restocking in bulk, you are welcome to purchase exactly what you need — no restrictions.

We offer two flat-rate shipping options within Europe:

• Standard Shipping – €15 per order
   
• Express Shipping – €85 per order
   

Shipping rates are fixed, regardless of order size or destination country within our delivery zone.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless you have received a wrong or damaged product.
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 working days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note: Returns for any other reasons are not accepted due to medical product safety regulations.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
   
• Refunds may take up to 45 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider's processing time

We aim to process and deliver all orders within 7 working days, depending on product availability and destination country.

Under European law, the maximum legal delivery time is sixty (60) working days.

If your package appears to be delayed or has missed a tracking update:

• However, we are unable to issue a refund or resend your order before the 60 working day period has passed

Yes. At TheDermalFiller®, we always ship your orders in neutral, unbranded export cartons, ensuring the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. No logos or product names will appear on the outside of the package.

At TheDermalFiller®, we guarantee a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life on all products we supply — and in most cases, the shelf life is significantly longer.

If, in rare cases, a product has a shorter shelf life, we will always contact you for approval prior to shipping. We believe in full transparency and professional standards.

All prices on our website are exclusive of any domestic taxes or import duties.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your local customs authority may require you, as the importer, to pay import duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes before the shipment is released. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate the total landed cost before placing an order.

Important:
If your business is registered within the EU and provides a valid VAT number, you will not be charged VAT or import duties under the EU intra-community supply rules.

• Products are immediately withdrawn from circulation and traced via our internal supply chain monitoring system.
   
• Full transparency and cooperation with relevant EU health authorities is maintained at every step.
