Product availability depends on manufacturer release cycles and regulatory conditions at the time of order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively in exceptional circumstances and strictly within a professional B2B framework.

A return may be considered only if the product was delivered damaged or if an incorrect item was supplied. In such cases, written notification must be submitted within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. All return requests are subject to verification and prior written approval.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, surplus stock, regulatory restrictions in the destination country, or expired professional licences.

Approved refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer to the same account used for the original payment.

Refunds are issued only after the return has been received, inspected, and formally approved in accordance with our professional returns policy.

Due to international banking procedures, supplier verification, and compliance checks, refunds may take up to 45 working days to be completed.

No refunds are issued for orders that do not meet the approved return conditions or for requests submitted outside the applicable notification period.
